This Path of Exile 2 campaign hub keeps one address per act. 1.0 will lengthen the story; the URLs will not change. Open the Act 1 walkthrough now; treat Act 2+ as labelled boxes until we run them after launch.

How many acts are in the PoE 2 1.0 campaign?

GGG has said the 1.0 campaign is longer than current Early Access. We will not invent act names ahead of the patch notes.
